The Operations Directorate is a large and complex portfolio within our organization, providing significant amounts of patient care and generating substantial revenue to support operations.

We have experienced growth over the last five years, with 8000 employees across various divisions and business units. To sustain this size and position for future growth, we need to implement an organisational structure.

As a senior operational leader, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be accountable and responsible for specific divisions and/or business units within the Operations Directorate. You will provide direct operational oversight and responsibility for these areas.
