Hearing Care Professional

This role involves working in a supportive environment to help clients improve their hearing and quality of life. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality hearing health care outcomes, booking and confirming appointments using our online schedule tool, and providing administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients, as well as higher school certificate or TAFE qualification, computer literacy skills, and own transportation.
