Job Title: Strategic Communications Coordinator

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile professional to combine commercial precision with creative execution. As a strategic communications coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement, tender submissions, and marketing communications.

The role combines commercial focus with creative delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys switching between contracts, submissions, and brand storytelling. You will have the opportunity to shape our brand presence and contribute to our growth, all while being part of a supportive team culture based in the Adelaide CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing contracts and managing Procore setup
  • Coordinating subcontractor contracts, procurement submissions, creating engaging brochures, capability statements, and presentations
  • Planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing our social media presence and maintaining brand consistency

We are looking for a highly organised and creative individual with proven procurement and creative experience, strong writing, design, and digital marketing skills, proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, social media savvy, and brand-conscious mindset.
