Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical support and assistance to our team members.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled desktop support engineer to join our technology team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and assistance to our staff. This includes resolving technical issues, answering questions, and ensuring that our technology systems are running smoothly.

You will work closely with our team members to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide training and guidance on the use of our technology systems. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will be essential in this role.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including Office, Windows 10 Pro, and Active Directory. You will also have experience in providing desktop support to end-users using a computerized service management ticketing system. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels will also be key requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including but not limited to Office, Windows 10 Pro, and Active Directory
  • Experience in providing desktop support to end-users using a computerized service management ticketing system
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
