Your New Role:

As the Regional Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for building relationships, expanding reach, driving sales, and traveling to win. You'll spend 90% of your time in front of customers, introducing them to innovative brands and solutions they may not yet know of. This state-based role requires a customer-first approach, where you'll focus on outbound sales to grow our market share and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen ties with electrical wholesalers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  2. Expand Reach: Represent and promote new brands, creating awareness and demand within the wholesale channel.
  3. Drive Sales: Focus on outbound sales to grow our market share and meet business objectives.
  4. Travel to Win: Be on the move, meeting clients, driving relationships, and growing business across the state.
