Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and profitability in the Pet Specialty Independents channel.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with external partners, including wholesalers, buying groups, and key partnership customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive results.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of achieving targets and a strong understanding of the Pet Specialty and Vet Channel. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
