The successful candidate will manage end-to-end logistics, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints. This includes planning and executing B2B and B2C events and sponsorships aligned with business objectives, managing campaign and project delivery across channels, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute B2B and B2C events and sponsorships aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign and project delivery across channels, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance are met.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collateral for vet clinics, partners, and events.
  • Maintain and refresh the Vet Clinic Marketing Toolkit and respond to bespoke content requests.
  • Track performance and ROI across events and campaigns, delivering insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within financial services, pet, or professional services.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with a proven track record in events.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience across traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • A passion for pets and a commitment to our purpose and values.
