12d Synergy was born and bred on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches (think Bondi – but better) and moved to Chatswood due to our rapidly growing team; hey even our CEO surfsAbout the Role: As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take the lead on all things paid media and SEO.
You'll own performance across platforms like Linked In, Google, Meta, and more — from planning, briefing creatives, launching campaigns, to optimisation and reporting.
You'll work closely with key team members to craft integrated campaigns that connect the dots — blending data and creativity to deliver results.
It's a hands-on role with a big impact: growing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and helping us scale globally in the engineering and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Linked In, Google Ads, and Meta targeting key B2 B audiences in the engineering and construction industry Develop and manage full-funnel campaign strategies, landing pages, lead magnets, and retargeting funnels Continuously A/B test ad creatives, messaging, CTAs, and audience segments to maximise performance Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools Collaborate with our sales, design, and marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Analytics & Performance Tracking Generate actionable reports, insights, and dashboards using GA4, Linked In Campaign Manager, and other tools Website & Content Support Work with the broader marketing team to ensure digital activity is aligned with SEO and content strategy.
Help build and optimise Word Press landing pages, and forms Recommend UX improvements to enhance user journeys and reduce bounce rates.
SEO insights for content International Brand Growth Adapt campaigns and messaging to resonate across international markets and regions.
Research digital behaviours and B2 B buying trends in target regions.
Contribute to global expansion strategies through performance data and localisation opportunities About You:3-5+ years of digital marketing and campaign management experience Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, keyword optimisation, and landing page performance Proven ability to manage and scale high-performing ad campaigns on Linked In, Google, and Meta (Primarily Linked In and Google)You're proficient with GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Linked In Campaign Manager Strong communication and copywriting skills for ad creatives and landing pages Highly analytical, results-oriented, and detail-focused Digital Marketing and/or Business Tertiary Qualification (minimum Credit average) or relevant work experience.
Experience in Saa S, Engineering/Construction industry, or B2 B marketing is a plus.
