Customer Partnership Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to support the customer partnership team in executing commercial plans and strengthening partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of activation initiatives, including promotional planning, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
  • Lead the implementation of digital campaigns and strategies to enhance online presence and shopper engagement.
  • Provide ad-hoc data and financial analysis using tools like Aztec and Nielsen to track performance metrics.
  • Manage third-party field merchandising budgets and communications for smooth execution across channels.
  • Support administrative tasks such as claims management, investment tracking, and documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with the Category and Commercial teams to develop shelf strategy and maintain effective use of the IIS tool.
