Job Title: Finance Administrator

CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team on the Paradise Dam Improvement Project. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and assistance to the project team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for assisting the finance team in the preparation of financial reports, managing invoice payments, and coordinating financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the finance team in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Manage invoice payments and coordinate financial transactions
  • Provide financial support and assistance to the project team
  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting and finance
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with financial reporting and budgeting software
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in relation to confidential information
