Job Title: Finance Administrator

About the Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing accounts support to our Gallagher broking and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client payments, including direct deposits, BPAY, and credit card transactions.
  • Allocate credit and debit invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Administer and approve client refunds, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Process weekly underwriter payments and monthly subagent payments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts administration.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
