Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to provide accounts support to our broking and finance teams. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client payments, including direct deposits, BPAY, and credit card transactions.
  • Allocate credit and debit invoices.
  • Process client refunds.
  • Weekly processing of underwriter payments.
  • Monthly processing of subagent payments.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts administration.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
