Job Title: Finance Administrator

CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our project teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining financial records.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the project team in multiple areas of finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in relation to confidential information.
