Job Title: Finance Administrator

CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team on the Paradise Dam Improvement Project. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and assistance to the project team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for coordinating and administering financial reporting deliverables, managing invoice payments, and providing ad-hoc support to the project finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team in multiple areas of both the Finance and Commercial space.
  • Assist the finance team in the preparation for End of Month requirements.
  • Coordination and administration of financial reporting deliverables.
  • Ad-hoc support to the project Finance team as requested to assist with achievement of daily tasks and reporting obligations.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate financial reporting deadlines and timelines.
  • Management of invoice payments for relevant Finance matters using Oracle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years accounting/finance experience working with a Tier 1 construction company.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office, experience in JDE, Oracle preferable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a project environment and deliver on deadlines.
  • Experience in end of month reporting, claim submissions, purchase orders and procurement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in relation to confidential information.
