PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS ANALYST

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and oversee the injury requirements of claimants across various profiles, managing cases through well-founded decision-making while determining appropriate treatment and rehabilitation needs to optimize return-to-work and health outcomes.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards and build effective relationships with key stakeholders, showcasing extensive knowledge of the business and industry while serving as a point of escalation for colleagues when necessary.
  • Stay informed about relevant insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulatory changes that impact claims processes and policy adjustments.

About You

  • Experience in managing bodily injury claims within a Workers Compensation framework.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex data, derive meaningful insights, and apply legislative knowledge effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to balance understanding, empathy, and compassion while achieving the best commercial outcomes for Allianz.
