Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate and oversee the injury requirements of claimants across various profiles, managing cases through informed decision-making while assessing necessary treatment and rehabilitation to optimize health and work reintegration outcomes.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards and cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders, showcasing extensive knowledge of the industry and acting as a point of escalation for colleagues when necessary.
- Stay updated on relevant insurance policies, legal frameworks, and regulatory changes that impact claims processes and policy adjustments.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims within a Workers Compensation framework.
- Capability to interpret and analyze intricate information, derive significant insights, and apply relevant legislation.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to balance empathy and understanding with optimal commercial outcomes.
