Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and oversee the injury requirements of claimants across various profiles, employing sound decision-making to assess necessary treatment and rehabilitation needs aimed at optimizing recovery and reintegration into the workforce.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the industry and acting as a resource for colleagues when necessary.
  • Stay informed about relevant insurance guidelines, legislative changes, and judicial rulings that affect claims operations and policy adjustments.

About You

  • Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims within a Workers Compensation framework.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information and apply relevant legislation effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with various systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with the capacity to balance empathy and understanding with the best commercial outcomes for Allianz.
