  • Actively participate in food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes are cooked to perfection and meet quality expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Culinary Professional in a high-volume kitchen.
