Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 45hrs: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

Are you a skilled Wok Chef with a passion for authentic flavours and high-energy cooking? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic chef to join our team, where fresh ingredients and fast-paced service come together to create exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of wok dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, fried rice, and specialty Asian-inspired meals.

  • Work efficiently in a Buffet style kitchen while maintaining food quality and presentation.

  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene standards.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Wok Chef or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, flavours, and cooking techniques.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knife skills and wok handling expertise.

  • Commitment to food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
