About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to play a critical role in maintaining the online consumer journey across our websites. This includes product and category management, promotions, and all on-site content.

You will work closely with our team to execute content strategy, implement new content, maintain the product catalogue, and ensure information accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to execute content strategy and implement new content.
  • Maintain and update website front end including banners, copy, blogs, products, and general content.
  • Optimize onsite user experience with a range of online tools.
  • Oversee the management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot systems and resolve website-related errors.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and adaptability to new software and systems
  • Attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style for high-quality content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities
  • Effective collaboration with designers, marketers, and product managers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (Shopify preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI technologies like ChatGPT
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
