Are you an experienced sales professional looking for more than just commissions and quotas? At Monash University Online, powered by Online Education Services (OES), every sale you make changes a life. You'll be guiding prospective postgraduate students toward transformative education experiences—conversations with real impact.
As a Course Consultant, you'll work exclusively with warm leads—people who've already expressed interest and are looking for expert guidance to take their next step. No cold calling. No high-pressure tactics. Just genuine, consultative conversations that help others move forward.

- Base salary of $63,800 + superannuation
With increases as you gain competence and confidence in the role. - Uncapped commissions
Average of $8,500 per year, with top performers earning beyond that. - Career development

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or a contact centre environment
- A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Target-driven and KPI-focused—but also guided by purpose
- Passionate about helping others and making a difference through education
