Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

 

Job Description:

The role of the Supply Chain Supervisor is a vital position within our organization. As a leader in supply chain operations, you will be responsible for overseeing teams to ensure all activities are completed on time and in full.

You will be accountable for coordinating supply chain operations, supervising staff and processes, and controlling inventory and equipment. This includes managing the flow of goods from receipt through storage and distribution to meet customer demands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily supply chain activities to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Overseeing inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  • Ensuring that teams are working efficiently and effectively to schedule.
  • Managing transactions and reconciliations of inventory movements across multiple locations.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies and performing root cause analysis.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and GMP standards.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to WHS regulations and reporting incidents.
  • Collaborating with warehouse and supply chain personnel to drive best practices and quality service.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics and deliveries.
  • Performing performance management, training, and coaching of supply chain teams.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar supply chain or operations role.
  • A clear National Police Check.
  • A Forklift license is preferred.
