Job Title: HR Advisor

Concentis is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the business during a large-scale restructure.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative HR team, driving change across a significant portion of the workforce. You will manage the change process, including internal moves, promotions, demotions, and workforce exits, while partnering with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, support, and develop a team of HR professionals across a large portfolio
  • Align both operational and transformational objectives, working closely with the site leadership teams
  • Build awareness and understanding of the evolved HR model within the community
  • Utilise your strong knowledge of shared services, particularly payroll and HR processes
  • Provide flexibility across multiple focus areas, operating at various levels of detail
  • Handle high-volume workloads, balancing stakeholder relationships in matrix structures
  • Coach business leadership to enhance effectiveness in people-related activities
  • Lead and implement key internal projects aligned with the HR Operations team
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to manage key stakeholders and influence leaders across the business
  • Extensive experience in managing change at a business level
  • Hands-on experience in planning and executing complex change programs
  • Ability to assess organisational change complexity and recommend appropriate resources
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach and facilitate leaders and teams
  • Experience in generalist HR roles, with site-based experience in the resources sector preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Workday, and other reporting tools, with a strong focus on data management and accuracy
