About the Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. In this role, you will provide coaching, advice, and support to leaders regarding people management across the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding business requirements and determining the most appropriate HR solutions.
- Leading and governing key HR processes.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of best practice HR strategies, policies, programs, and procedures.
- Managing transactional and operational activities for allocated business groups.
- Participating in global and local HR projects and initiatives.
- Leading initiatives for Talent Management and Inclusion and Diversity.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with relevant degree or experience in Human Resources, senior level HR generalist experience, and knowledge of contemporary HR practices and legislation.
Our ideal candidate will also have the ability to coach and influence stakeholders, deliver results, and be passionate about developing inclusion and diversity programs.
