Implementation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team in delivering successful software solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with clients to ensure the seamless adoption of our web-based software.

The software enables organisations to align their strategic objectives and regulatory environments with governance, risk & compliance and quality management requirements. Our clients come from various industries, including Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Child, Youth and Family Services, Community Health, Government, Financial Services, and more.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, managing, and successfully completing client software implementations
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Providing training for new and existing clients
  • Mentoring and training team members on industry requirements
  • Collaborating on the development and improvement of standardised templates and processes for Risk, Incident, and Quality Management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of organisations
  • An in-depth understanding of the software and its updates and changes
  • Analytical ability to identify solutions that address clients' needs
  • In-depth understanding of the Not for Profit sector, particularly the regulatory, compliance, and risk landscape
  • Proficiency and enjoyment in using software solutions
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

You may be required to travel when needed, but most implementations are online.
