Job Title: Software Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and build real connections with some of the most pressing challenges around.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical insight and solution development to support sales professionals in winning opportunities.
  • Determine technical components related to customer's mission-critical factors and provide market feedback to marketing and sales professionals.
  • SUPPORT SALES PROFESSIONALS AND CUSTOMERS DURING THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT DEFINITION AND SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT SALES PROCESS STEPS.
  • Participate in the creation of the customer technical roadmap, including internal and external customers.
  • Work as a team player with sales professionals in assigned geography and act as a resource in support of the sale to address customer's technical and application requirements.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualified in a business or engineering-related discipline, degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of technical solution experience.
  • Domain experience in Access Control and Video Surveillance systems.
  • Essential technical experience with skills in field hardware, Fire, PAVA, Security or BMS systems.
  • Positioning technical features/functions into value for the customer.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate technical concepts/offerings to internal and external customers.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects/opportunities at one time.
