Momentum Software Solutions are a leading provider of Cloud ERP solutions to growing and mid-sized businesses throughout Australia. We sell, implement, support, and customise ERP software that includes advanced inventory management, finance, manufacturing, construction, payroll, CRM, HR and more.

About the Role

As a result of growth, we are looking for a full-time experienced BDM based in New South Wales to sell MYOB Acumatica & Wiise ERP solutions, services, and add-ons. We are seeking a business development professional who understands we are not just selling software but solving problems which enable businesses to grow, confident with their business software and their processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies to identify and create opportunities to win new business.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Present our solutions to clients on site and via remote tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Work with our pre-sales team to demonstrate the solution with planned approaches and pitches.
  • Develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Update and supplement our CRM to grow our business and generate better market intelligence.
  • Research and identify new prospects and commence engagement by cold calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Participate in sales activities and Marketing Initiatives to generate new opportunities for Momentum.
Qualifications
  • Have a successful track record in selling into the mid - enterprise market with an ability to devise a business value proposition.
  • Experience selling SaaS.
  • A proven track record of success in delivering consistent sales outcomes will be critical.
  • Strong new business sales experience.
  • A willing "hunter" able to generate new Leads as well as prosecuting inbound leads.
  • Possessing good communication skills as it pertains to understanding business requirements.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Strong experience using CRM and maintain an accurate forecast.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business to business sales of software.

Pay range and compensation package

This is a genuine opportunity for a passionate and driven experienced ERP Business Development Manager to make their mark in a highly regarded and professional organisation. In return, you will be rewarded with a significant base salary, plus comms, a laptop, and the use of a car. The right person can earn upwards of $150k once they hit their stride.
