We are seeking a skilled Software Solutions Specialist to provide technical support and sales process assistance on our software products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements and presenting solutions that meet those needs in partnership with sales, marketing, and product management teams.
- Technical Support:
- Provide benefit-oriented demonstrations, workshops, and collateral to promote Bentley solutions for structural analysis and design.
- Proposal Assistance:
- Assist in composing technical proposals and benchmarks.
- Software Training:
- Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits.
- Product Improvement:
- Work with product development groups to continually improve the quality of the product based on user input.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years industry experience in Structural-engineering consulting and design.
- 3-5 years software experience with STAAD.Pro in real-time projects.
- Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate the Bentley Software suite of software product line.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
