Software Solutions Specialist

As a Software Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of customers' systems.
About the RoleYou will join a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and resolving complex software issues with precision and speed
- Providing effective work-arounds for customers and documenting activities accurately
- Contribute to digital self-help materials and build an internal knowledge sharing platform
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
To succeed in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in application support within a similar business environment. A strong understanding of software architecture, unit testing, and software development life cycle is highly regarded. A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science is beneficial, along with a working understanding of software communications and setup.
Previous experience with system platforms and SCADA technology is advantageous. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to continuously develop your skills and adapt to new technologies.
