The Opportunity

This varied role requires a motivating and inspiring leader who will drive club success by nurturing their team's development and managing financial and operational aspects.

You will be responsible for leading by example with exceptional customer service and proactive sales strategies to generate membership growth and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine improvement strategies
  • Meeting individual sales targets to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets
  • Delivery of exceptional member experiences and successful resolution of member concerns
  • Recruitment, training, and retention of staff members
  • Performance appraisals and weekly meetings with department leaders
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with direct/indirect reports in a high volume environment, preferably within the fitness industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal, written, and time management skills
  • Experience in managing budgets, monitoring, and reporting on P&L
  • A passion for fitness and sales
