About the Role:

This newly created Marketing Planning Manager position will develop the annual marketing strategy, aligning the marketing team and organisation around key priorities and needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing delivery of the overarching marketing plan
  • Leading and owning the planning for major campaigns to ensure an integrated approach
  • Playing an integral role in process development and evolution
  • Forecasting and budgeting

You may be required to undertake business travel as needed for this role.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or Media
  • Background in TTL campaign management
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing and/or digital
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing planning and prioritisation
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, collaborate with and drive alignment from teams
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and embedding new processes and ways of working
  • Strong commercial acumen and grasp of effective forecasting
  • Excellent project management skills
