Job Title: Brand Director

We are seeking an accomplished Brand Director to drive the strategic framework of our Fashion/Lifestyle brands. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Branding, PR, Advertising, Communications & Visual Merchandising.

About the Role:

This senior marketing position involves developing and maintaining a robust brand strategy that aligns with business priorities. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience across all touchpoints.

You will also oversee the development of CRM strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and engagement. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop the Group Analytics Roadmap, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business growth
  • Oversee brand marketing calendars, PR, events, and social media initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful brand campaigns
  • Evolve digital marketing strategies to optimize customer engagement
  • Design and implement CRM programs that drive customer loyalty
  • Develop and maintain analytics roadmaps to inform business decisions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in Brand Management
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, negotiation, and written skills
  • In-depth understanding of national and international retailing landscapes
  • Outstanding business acumen and ability to think strategically
