We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our customer acquisition efforts.

As Senior Manager of Acquisition Marketing, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative marketing campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive customer acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and brand values.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies to attract and retain customers, aligning with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing acquisition marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies for improved ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and product offerings.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in acquisition marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and drive results.
  • Possesses a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
