Marketing & Strategy Manager
**Job Description Summary**

The National Marketing & Strategy Manager will be responsible for enhancing the brand positioning and market presence of C&W Investment Sales in Australia. This role focuses on creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation, brand awareness, and sales team support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish C&W Investment Sales as a market leader through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen brand perception with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and REITs.
- Deliver consistent national marketing collateral, including market insights, promotions, and broker profiles.
- Develop campaigns to attract high-value clients and improve deal flow.
- Standardize marketing materials across all states, ensuring brand consistency.
- Drive digital innovation with SEO, paid media, CRM integration, and social media strategies.
- Support sales teams with high-impact marketing collateral and compelling digital content.
- Launch marketing campaigns for the NSW Investment Sales business.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in real estate or investment sales.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and analyze marketing data.
