Service Desk Analyst

About the Role:
  • This role will involve providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • You will work with tickets submitted, resolve some on your own and escalate others with collaboration/escalation with other teams.
  • Troubleshoot or escalate issues as needed, communicate clearly and proactively until the issue is resolved.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
