  • Remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Log jobs and escalate to cross-functional teams
  • Publish and review knowledge-based articles

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
