Rehabilitation Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about rehabilitation and dedicated to delivering exceptional care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a dynamic team of nurses in the rehabilitation ward.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure efficient management of staff and resources.
  • Mentor and lead a team of nurses and clinical support staff within a supportive leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in acute care post-AHPRA registration in a hospital environment.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or rehabilitation specialty experience are highly regarded.
  • Clinical leadership experience is highly regarded.
  • A National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • Ramsay may require Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation as appropriate for the role.
