Job Overview
NRMA is seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to spearhead the company's growth by strategically identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive customer growth and penetration of emerging markets.
- Develop business plans, proposals, and partnership agreements with defined key performance indicators to drive sales growth and customer retention.
- Cross-collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and optimize a unified sales journey for battery and towing services.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics in battery sales.
- Foster robust relationships with internal and external business partners to drive budgeting, pricing strategies, and product development.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of business development within mobility and related industries and the ability to understand client needs.
- Background with managing national customer base with a blend of BDM and account management experience.
- Proven experience in building and implementing strategic sales plans to target new customer channels.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ethical and professional conduct in all business interactions.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving cost savings, process efficiencies, and supplier performance improvement.
