Salesforce Developer

4WD Supacentre is a family-owned and operated retail business that specializes in outdoor recreation and lifestyle products. With a network of 27 retail stores across metro and regional locations in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, and WA, our operations also include warehousing, commercial sales, engineering, and call centre services.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park. As a key member of our ICT team, you will be responsible for embedding the Salesforce platform in our business, leveraging your expertise in Service Cloud, APEX coding, and related technologies.

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other related technologies.
• Advance the development of feature setup and usage of the platform to deliver business value.
• Document all developed features, including process maps.
• Build and configure the platform in accordance with Business Acceptance Criteria from our IT ticketing system.
• Develop and optimize automated workflows, processes, and triggers to streamline business operations.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external APIs to enhance data exchange and functionality.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features such as Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, Layouts, and Custom Objects.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• 7+ years continuous experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Advanced experience as an APEX coder in the platform with CICD, classes, objects, flows, automations, etc.
• In-depth exposure to Service Cloud, Dashboards, Reporting, Flows, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Base salary: $140,000 - $160,000 depending on skills and experience.
