About the Role

The Ecommerce New Business Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining operational excellence of marketplace and dropship opportunities within the Ecommerce space. This role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure that SLAs are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations of 3PD Sales Channel, including pre and post sales, to ensure that channel-specific SLAs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PD clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their requests.
  • Meet regularly with other members of the team and external parties to discuss progress and find new ways to improve New Business operations.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, communicate with the sales team regularly, and manage internal approvals with DTC SLT.
  • Identify and resolve all operational issues with 3PD sites and fix root causes with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with Finance team to meet their SLA.
  • Report on the status of accounts monthly and transactions.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Communicate with Marketplace customers within relevant portals and via email within SLAs regarding sales enquiries, order updates and escalations.

About You

  • Experience with customer service and project management or account management.
  • Exposure to e-Commerce platforms and systems (Latitude, PayPal, Hybris, Adyen, SAP, MS Office, Afterpay, Monday) preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient and results-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
