Industrial Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our diverse industrial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate property services and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with statutory authorities and best practices.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and contribute to budgeting and reporting processes.
- Manage tenant refurbishment processes in compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Drive sustainability management and reporting for the properties.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines, proficiency in MS Office, excellent organizational and administrative skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Requirements:- Demonstrated experience in property services and maintenance.
- Proven track record of implementing sustainability initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
