Industrial Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team, supporting the management of a diverse national industrial property portfolio.
About the Role- Provide day-to-day support to ensure proactive and effective management of the portfolio.
- Assist in leasing, financial analysis, tenant engagement, capital works, and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing reports and analysis, including arrears collection, lease analysis, and operational/financial reporting.
- Supporting leasing campaigns – setting rent targets, analysing deals, preparing/reviewing transaction documents, negotiating directly with tenants, and managing agent performance.
- Working closely with property management teams to implement tenant engagement strategies.
- Coordinating annual outgoings budgets, reconciliations, and communication to tenants.
- Assisting with preparing annual asset plans, investor updates, reforecasts, and annual reports.
- Supporting the delivery of capital expenditure projects on time and within budget.
- Reviewing valuations and assisting in the annual budgeting process.
- Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge to identify opportunities and risks.
- Tertiary qualification in property, land economics, accounting, finance, or similar.
- Strong understanding of property fundamentals and valuation drivers.
- Previous experience in asset management, property analysis, or valuations (industrial sector preferred).
- Skilled in lease negotiations and delivering successful leasing campaigns.
- Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
