Opportunity exists to join a dynamic team responsible for managing a diverse industrial property portfolio.

About the Role

You will provide day-to-day support to ensure proactive and effective management of the portfolio. This includes leasing, financial analysis, tenant engagement, capital works, and strategic planning.

  • Provide assistance in preparing reports and analysis, including arrears collection, lease analysis, and operational/financial reporting.
  • Support leasing campaigns – set rent targets, analyse deals, prepare/review transaction documents, negotiate directly with tenants, and manage agent performance.
  • Work closely with property management teams to implement tenant engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate annual outgoings budgets, reconciliations, and communication to tenants.
  • Assist with preparing annual asset plans, investor updates, reforecasts, and annual reports.
  • Support the delivery of capital expenditure projects on time and within budget.
  • Review valuations and assist in the annual budgeting process.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements

This is a role that would suit someone looking to take the next step from a Senior Property Manager role or perhaps you are an experienced Property Analyst, and if you have a Valuations background, then that is very much favourably looked upon.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Tertiary qualification in property, land economics, accounting, finance, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of property fundamentals and valuation drivers.
  • Previous experience in asset management, property analysis, or valuations (industrial sector preferred).
  • Skilled in lease negotiations and delivering successful leasing campaigns.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
