A leading commercial property management opportunity has arisen in a dynamic and growing business. Our client is a highly respected boutique agency, renowned for delivering end-to-end property solutions and providing exceptional service to valued clients.

The role of commercial property manager offers a unique blend of challenges and rewards. Your day-to-day duties will include managing a well-maintained commercial portfolio comprising primarily industrial properties with a smaller retail component. You will liaise closely with various stakeholders, including individual owners, businesses, and corporations, to address property matters. This may involve conducting rent reviews on assets ranging from small to large scale, working with solicitors on leasing documents, and inspecting properties to ensure they are up to standard. Additionally, you will be responsible for arrears management, staying abreast of relevant legislation, and demonstrating a strong passion for commercial property.

To succeed in this position, you will require a minimum of 1+ years of experience in commercial property management, a confident and assertive personality, and the ability to build rapport easily with clients. A strong ambition to build a successful career in commercial industrial management is also essential. Finally, you must possess a current Certificate of Registration or real estate license.

Working closely with our director, you will have access to administrative support and an accounts team to aid you in your duties.
