The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture professional to join our dynamic team during an exciting time of transformation within our business. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in supporting our organizational strategies and enhancing our employee experience to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for pitt&sherry.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Employee Engagement & Feedback
  • Design and implement employee engagement surveys to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Employee Relations, Compliance & Policies
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR policies.
  • Support employee relations cases and conduct investigations as needed.
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive remuneration packages.
  • Design and implement performance-related bonuses and benefits.
Learning & Development
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to deliver leadership development programs.
  • Identify training needs and manage our online training platform.
HR Compliance & Policies
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and compliance.
Ad-hoc Projects
  • Contribute to various projects that shape our company culture, such as DE&I initiatives and tech enhancements.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in an internal recruitment role and/or HR administration.
  2. Desired: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience with creating process improvement initiatives and rolling out successful HR programs.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  6. Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
