Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead technical change projects across our technology stack. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, planning, and delivering projects that drive business value and improve our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Delivery: Analyze project briefs to plan timeline, budget, resources, and process required to deliver the project.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with Culture Amp's strategic objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Implement a frequent and concise communication plan, including regular reporting on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Gain familiarity of our technology stack through collaboration with application owners, architecture, and engineers.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience leading projects that create impactful change.
  • Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial acumen, including the ability to shape and articulate project benefits.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology stacks and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
