Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, and video conference, addressing their queries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Educate and empower customers to maximize their use of the Culture Amp platform, fostering a community of People Geeks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support, responding to questions and requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure the secure handling of customer data, adhering to internal protocols and best practices.
- Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance the platform and address customer challenges.
- Partner with the Customer Organisation across multiple time zones to continuously improve the customer experience as our customer base grows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a globally distributed team supporting a SaaS product.
- Familiarity with help desk systems and the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously in a high-velocity service environment.
- Technical understanding of email, Single Sign-On, and SFTP, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
