We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst/Consultant to join our team at Talenza. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a greenfield program and contribute to the digital transformation of a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and online banking channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and elicit critical insights.
  • Design and implement digital solutions using Agile practices and SaaS products.
  • Conduct business process improvement and re-engineering, data analysis, and customer journey mapping.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with senior management and business users.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or banking-consulting.
  • Strong experience in digital and technology domains, including FinTech and omni-channel implementation.
  • Implementation experience with SaaS products and Agile practices.
  • Excellent facilitation and elicitation skills, with a track record of conducting workshops and extracting critical insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
What We Offer:
  • $700-$750 + super per day maximum, aligned with market rates.
  • 3 days per week CBD office attendance.
  • 12M contract with likely extension or permanent opportunity.

Candidates must have full work rights and be based in Sydney, Australia, and willing to attend the office 3 days per week.
