Talenza is seeking a Digital Business Analyst/Consultant with global or institutional banking experience to join a digital transformation project. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3-6 years of business analysis experience from either banking or banking-consulting.

Required skills and experience:

  • 3-4 years of business analysis experience (must)
  • Background in consulting (advantageous)
  • Exposure to transaction banking products and online banking channels
  • Experience with access-related additions within entitlements/channels
  • Strong experience in digital and technology domains with vendors or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile practices, including backlog management and prioritization, as well as user story definition and refinement
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end technology delivery, covering design, build, test, and implementation
  • Business analyst with experience in business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, customer journey/value chain/process mapping, business high-level requirements/user stories/system functional/non-functional requirements gathering
  • Proven experience in performing E2E business analysis tasks, from requirements gathering to solution implementation
  • Strong facilitation and elicitation skills, with a track record of successfully conducting workshops and extracting critical insights
  • Strong and diverse experience in large projects, forming requirements, planning delivery milestones, user stories, process engineering, and creation/management of project artefacts
  • Stakeholder management and communication: Identify stakeholders and develop and maintain collaborative working relations; elicit and analyze business requirements involving participants from senior management to business users

This is a rare opportunity to join a greenfield program.

Rate: $700-$750 + super per day maximum/aligned with market rates

Office attendance: 3 days per week CBD office

Contract length: 12M with likely extension or permanent opportunity

Candidates must have full work rights and be based in Sydney, Australia, and willing to attend the office 3 days per week.
