Sales Activation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Activation Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Customer Marketing and Field Sales teams, you will play a crucial role in delivering activation plans to our field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Customer Marketing team with various components of the field activation plans.
- Provide administrative support to dedicated Field sales teams.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager with the delivery of all toolkit requirements for the Field Sales teams.
- Be across all details of the activation calendar and communicate specific information in relation to activity to the Sales Teams.
- Assist the Sales Operations team in bringing together the sales cycle (and State based) events.
- Facilities support within the Melbourne office (general office coordination, couriers and stationery etc).
- Experience in administration or sales support role.
- Advanced administration skills including experience with the full Microsoft suite.
- A positive, customer-focussed, can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to confidently prioritise tasks with conflicting deadlines.
- Resourcefulness paired with a knack for problem-solving.
